To operationalize what you learned in the Deep Dive (and since) and to make it applicably real within the unique situational environments in which you work. To deepen your capacity for presence and empathic connection, both in your work and in your life. To fill in the many blanks left from the Deep Dive, and to establish your authority as a skilled agent for transformative change.
Prerequisite: Succesful completion of The Vertical Facilitator Deep Dive.
