Drawing from the fields of Family Systems Theory and Vertical Facilitation, this clinic provides you with a rich, transformative learning environment to explore what it means to lead from a place of self-differentiation and your personal ‘Stand’ as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
In this 2-hour clinic, you will gain:
A deeper understanding of what it means for the Scrum Master or Agile Coach to be a true leader
An awareness of your current capability to hold both, an emotional connection to the team while also holding a clear, leaderful position - especially when facing organizational constraints and/or resistance.
A clearer sense of how to develop this position of self-differentiation.
A first formulation of your own deeply, personal ‘Stand’ as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
The clinic will also give you a taste of what an upcoming Vertical Facilitator’s Academy program targeted at Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches will offer if you choose to continue your vertical facilitator’s journey with us.
Soon after you sign up, you will receive a short list of reading material that introduces you to key concepts of self-differentiated leadership. In exchange for free admission into the clinic, we ask that you read the material in advance of the session and come prepared to share your thoughts and interpretations.
